Creekvine Designs is a privately owned wholesale business that has been striving to redefine quality, service, and innovation for over eleven years. They currently use a classical and high end western red cedar wood in most of their designs. But, they can also craft their products from other materials such as oak, cherry, poplar, mahogany, pine, or another wood of your choice.

Purpose: Use to prevent premature graying, mildew growth, cracking, swelling, and warping caused by water absorption in new or weathered wood. Sheer color tints in natural wood tones and custom shades are available.

Product Type: For the cedar sound, we used Superdeck's Duckback brand, and for the white, we used Sherwin Williams.

Our furniture's edges and corners have been meticulously sanded and rounded for a smooth, polished appearance that encourages people to sit down. A Wood of Warmth And Beauty
Western Red Cedar is a stunningly beautiful tree in general. In its raw, unfinished state, it has a richly textured, tactile grain with a palette of smooth, mellow tones ranging from light amber to deep honey brown. Any man-made object can't compare to the natural luster of cedar.

The Gift of Durability
Western Red Cedar's natural oils act as preservatives, allowing the wood to withstand insect attack, termites, and decay. Cedar is a straight and smooth wood with good dimensional stability. When properly finished and stored, Western Red Cedar ages gracefully and lasts for several years.

Staining Options
We recommend a simple cedar tone paint for the majority of our cedar furniture, but you can choose a different color. Many stain/sealers are available in a variety of colors and can be purchased at your local hardware store or home improvement store. Wolman's F&P, Cabot (which has a wide variety of vibrant colors), and Behr are our favorites.

Hardware - Zinc Plated Steel

Standard zinc-plated screws, washers, bolts, and nuts are examples of zinc-plated hardware. Since zinc corrodes at a slower pace than steel, it resists corrosion.

Aside from the attractive appearance that zinc plated hardware lends to goods, it also has a number of functional advantages:

  • Alkaline zinc-nickel plating was found to be the most salt-spray resistant of the several non-cadmium platings tested.
  • Alkaline zinc-nickel plating provides equal or better corrosion resistance as cadmium plating.

1. How do I contact customer service?

2. What type of stain do you recommend?

We recommend a simple cedar tone stain for most of our cedar furniture, but you may feel that another color is more attractive for your customers. Many stain/sealers are available in a wide variety of colors and can be purchased at a local hardware store or home center. We recommend brands such as Wolman’s F&P, Cabot (which has many color choices) or Behr.

3. Do you provide samples?

We provide samples for photo shoots and product evaluation. We ask that all dealers purchase all samples at the listed wholesale cost, plus freight. We recommend using your UPS/FedEx number for shipping. CreekVineDesigns will accept all samples back within 30 days of purchase with full refund minus freight/shipping costs. Please save all original packaging if you plan on shipping back the merchandise. Products returned in good/fair condition and not altered in any way (such as having a stain added) will qualify for a full refund. Once the pieces are shipped back and returned to us in the condition that they were sent out, you will be refunded the entire product deposit, not including the shipping costs.


1. How long does shipping take?

Every product has an estimated lead time. A lead time refers to the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at our warehouse. You can find the lead time above the product specification where it reads, “Leaves warehouse in_______.” Each lead time varies per product. For very large quantity orders, lead times may also vary. If you require customizations to your product, lead times will differ from what is listed on the site. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email. You message will include a tracking number for your shipment. Most items ship UPS or FedEx, though our large shipments go common carrier. Common carriers will deliver to roadside only and are not required to assist in the unloading process. We encourage you to track your package online at or or on the phone with the common carrier.

2. Will you hold an order to be shipped at a later date?

If you place an order now and you want us to delay shipping, we will be happy to oblige. Whether calling your order in, emailing or faxing, please let us know your time frame. You can also take advantage of quantity discounts by splitting your shipments. Once the order it made, we can ship part of your order now and the rest when you’re ready.

3. Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

4. Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes, we specialize in drop shipping to businesses or home owners. Each product’s lead time may vary and shipping is based on “business days” only (Monday through Friday).


1. What is your return policy?

To receive credit for returned merchandise, a return authorization number must be issued prior to returning. All packages must be labeled with that authorization number. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by contacting customer service at: 1-800-913-1741

After you receive a return authorization number from our customer service representative, you may return the item in question. Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and email address. Your item will inspected by one of our staff members and you will be contacted via email or by telephone promptly. All returned merchandise for customer convenience are subject to a 20% restock fee.

2. Do you offer warranties?

Our Cedar line comes with a 3-year Manufacturers Limited Warranty and our other products come with a Limited One Year Warranty. We will replace parts or the whole product, at our option and at no charge. These warranties cover defects in workman ship and materials. Like with most products, our warranties won’t remain in effect under certain circumstances. Our warranties do not cover defects caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or product part by anyone other than the manufacturer. Product physical abuse or misuse, or product use or assembly in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions also will render the warranties null and void. This warranty also does not cover extreme weather conditions, fires, or vandalism. 3. How do I cancel an order?

If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please call us at 1-800-913-1741 Mon-Fri: 8AM-7PM | Sat: 10AM-3PM EST. Our items are hand-crafted and have varying production times. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if an item is too far into the production process to cancel. Our cancellation fee is $35.00

1. Do you offer custom products?

We have the potential to customize most of the products we offer. If you like one of our established products, but would prefer it in a different wood, in a custom size or with another modification, please just let us know. If you have your own ideas for a new and unique product, we can help you create your exclusive design. With a keen eye for conceptualization and manufacturing, our qualified designers and expert artisans will work with you and your ideas to handcraft your dream pieces into a marketable reality.

2. What is an exclusive design?

An exclusive design is a design you or your design team has created and sent to us for manufacturing. With supplied drawings to CreekVineDesigns we will be glad to bring your design to a reality. With an exclusive design you have the ability to offer this product to your customers only! After a 50 piece minimum order, we will warehouse and drop ship at no extra cost. All exclusive design samples are prepaid excluding freight. Upon agreeing on a design, all samples paid will be deducted from your first order placed.

When you create an exclusive design with us, we provide the following services:

  • Drop Shipping (No Added Fee)
  • Free Warehousing (Prepaid minimum of 50 pieces)
  • Private Labels/Packaging Logos (small fee for custom labels)
  • Multiple woods to choose from such as cypress, red cedar, cherry, pine, mahogany, poplar or a wood of your choice.

3. Do you offer private labeling?

Yes, we do offer private labeling. We can drop ship products to your customers in plain cardboard boxes, and all literature in the packing will not have CreekVineDesigns visible.

Or, if you prefer, we can also use your company logo/label on all packaging using 8 x 11 self affixed labels. While there is a small cost associated with this service, private labeling can qualify for quantity discount pricing. The minimum order is 50 pieces. We will be glad to warehouse and drop ship the product at no additional charge.
