Beautiful vanity, but they don't exchange anything after 30 days. Even though it's defective, terrible!! Mirror is defective and they refuse to exchange it!!!

It is clearly indicated on our receiving instructions and returns and refunds policies that such issues should be reported to us right away. We have yet to set up our new Riga XL 6 Greenhouse we bought from Ambient Homes; that will happen when the weather gets a little warmer. However, for now, I am writing this review to express how delighted we were working with Ambient Homes. They had the lowest price for the model greenhouse we wanted, and they gave us an additional 2% off. Communication was swift and we were kept informed every step of the way.

This lift will overheat and stop working if you cycle it too many time's. Takes a while for it to start working again.

My husband and I ordered our 12x18 Charleston Solarium in May. We were extremely organized in unpacking the parts and lying them out along the side of the pool in anticipation of constructing our Cabana. To our dismay, both doors and one screen panel were damaged. We took pictures and immediately contacted customer service. Weeks of phone calls, texts, and emails to both customer service and directly to the manufacturer, Sojag yielding nothing but frustration on our end. Finally, as a last resort, my husband contacted Sam's Club online where the product was purchased. We were reluctant when the representative said he would send us a whole new solarium in 5-7 days. It actually came. It took us three days to build on our own. Today is September 15th, five months from when we ordered our solarium. They say they have over 400,000 replacement parts in stock, but could not send us the most basic parts we needed.

The people at ambient home are awesome the customer service at design element were awesome the quality of the vanity it's not very good I expected much more for what I paid for it the fit and finish is just not worth the money
