This was the best purchase ever! We desperately needed some overhead garage storage but, both my husband and I are handicap and cannot climb ladders. So this was perfect!
It did take a while to get a handyman to install it, not because of this great product, but because we have a new built home in Florida, and they do not add the extra support in the garages for ANY overhead storage! So, we had to find an experienced handyman that knew what they were doing to install the extra support, and the lift.
I love this lift, and if we ever moved again I would purchase again!

When my order was received, the delivery driver would not allow me to open the package to inspect it before accepting the delivery. The exterior packaging showed obvious damage. I had to deny it and send it back with the delivery company. I have been going back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks. I have requested a replacement. I have requested a refund. No one is giving me answers.

Beautiful vanity, but they don't exchange anything after 30 days. Even though it's defective, terrible!! Mirror is defective and they refuse to exchange it!!!

My husband and I ordered our 12x18 Charleston Solarium in May. We were extremely organized in unpacking the parts and lying them out along the side of the pool in anticipation of constructing our Cabana. To our dismay, both doors and one screen panel were damaged. We took pictures and immediately contacted customer service. Weeks of phone calls, texts, and emails to both customer service and directly to the manufacturer, Sojag yielding nothing but frustration on our end. Finally, as a last resort, my husband contacted Sam's Club online where the product was purchased. We were reluctant when the representative said he would send us a whole new solarium in 5-7 days. It actually came. It took us three days to build on our own. Today is September 15th, five months from when we ordered our solarium. They say they have over 400,000 replacement parts in stock, but could not send us the most basic parts we needed.
